At Plus A Cleaning Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services every time. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or service credits may be issued.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning service:

Please notify us within 24 hours of the completed service.

We will offer a re-clean of the specific area(s) at no additional cost, where possible.

If the issue cannot be resolved with a re-clean, we may offer a partial or full refund, based on a reasonable assessment.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will not incur a charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the cost.

No-shows or failure to provide access to the property at the time of service may result in no refund and full charge of the scheduled service.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Service was not performed as described or was incomplete.

An error occurred during booking or payment processing.

Duplicate payments were made.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after service has been completed.

Issues not reported within 24 hours.

Services denied or interrupted due to unsafe or inaccessible work environments.
How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
